We want to thank everyone who has been waiting patiently for our doors to open again. At this time we are running at about a 50% capacity. We have made significant changes to protocols and added new equipment in every room of the office for added patient and staff safety.
Ask about our new Vaniman Extra Oral Vaccum Systems that help eliminate standard aerosols as a result of dental work. This will be our standard of care moving forward benefitting all patients and staff.
For patient safety we will be trying to use a virtual waiting room as much as possible. When you arrive for your appointment please stay in your car and call to let us know you have arrived. Our staff will ask a series of questions clearing you to have dental treatments completed. As soon as the provider is ready for you the front desk staff will call you up to the office. At this time we are only allowing the patient themselves at the appointment unless they are a minor or need assistance. If for any reason you have forgotten your phone, or do not have a mobile phone, please come up to the office and wait on the designated spot at the entrance doorway. Our staff will be there for instructions from that point forward. Every patient will have an initial screening when they arrive at the office. All patients will have their temperature, oxygen levels, and blood pressure checked before checking in. Once you have cleared all COVID screenings, the provider will take you back for treatment. Please have patience as all of our staff is adapting to the new protocols and safety measures put in place. It may be possible that we are running a few minutes behind while we adjust so thank you for understanding.
